About CAP322
The objective of the course is to prepare the student with an entry level basic knowledge foundation as a computer repair technician. This course gives a brief description of the basic PC component and various operating system diagnostic tools. It teaches students the skills and knowledge necessary to configure, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software in the workplace. The course also helps the student to perform basic preventive maintenance on the PC components.
